Digital albums are delivered as a download right after checkout. Because downloads can't be returned, sales are final once the files are delivered. If your download link doesn't work, a file is damaged, or you were charged twice, email us within 30 days and we'll fix it or refund you in full.
Memberships renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Cancel any time from the Manage my membership page (supplyanddemandempire.com/vault/login); you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't give partial refunds for unused time. If you were charged after you canceled, or charged twice, email us within 30 days and we'll refund you in full.
Every merch item is printed when you order it. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or is the wrong item or size we sent by mistake, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. We don't accept returns for a size you chose or a change of mind, because each item is made just for you.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
